New Sprinkler Installations

We have been providing sprinkler installations for residential clients since 2002. Our team consists of licensed installers who are experts in the field.

Maintenance Plans

Annual Spring Start-Up

  1. Pressurize irrigation system
  2. Program controller for appropriate spring settings
  3. Check heads for proper orientation/coverage, adjust/clean if needed.
  4. Install backflow preventer (if applicable)

Annual Winterization

  1. Purge system of water using compressed air
  2. De-activate irrigation controller
  3. Backflow preventer will be removed and left with home owner.

Monthly Maintenance Services

  1. Checking controller for proper electrical voltage to each valve in the field
  2. Checking heads throughout the system for proper spray and rotation; adjusting as needed
  3. Adjusting controller watering times to ensure each specific area is being watered properly.
  4. Checking rain sensor for proper operation (if installed)
  5. Checking electrical valves for seepage
  6. Walking property checking for main line and lateral line breaks
  7. Checking drip lines (if installed) for proper operation
